If you believe that you have been wrongly banned then you are able to try and redeem
yourself and put in a ban appeal to try and get yourself unbanned. We
will read every appeal we receive and judge if you should be unbanned or
stay banned, then we will send the our judgement into an email so you
are aware. However the response time will vary but the ban appeals will
be checked at least once a day.
If you would like receive monthly newsletters
about the server for no extra cost then you can email us and say that
you would like to be added to the monthly newsletter mailing list. What
this would mean that on the 1st of every month you would get a
newsletter in your email inbox, this would mean that you could read about updates, events, enter competitions and much much more. Overall
this would mean that you would get to receive extra information about
the server, learn about server events before they are released onto the
server and have chances on winning in game prizes.
If you have been having any issues on the server such as errors or admin abuse please report them here and we shall try to sort out the problem to make your experience enjoyable.
